Court hearing live
The live broadcast of court trials is of great significance to popularize legal education, enhance people's awareness of law-abiding, and improve the efficiency of trial supervision. Therefore, it has received more and more attention from relevant government departments. The Supreme People's Court also issued a notice in June 2004, explicitly requiring people's courts at all levels to expand the social effect of trials through public trials, public announcements of judgments, and live broadcasts of court trials in the process of handling related cases.
